    Dashi Sommelier Level 3 Course [Lecture contents and flow] ① Smell the dashi, look at the color, and wonder what it is. Imagine and taste it... Of the five senses, "sight", "taste" and "touch" are fully activated to apply the dashi. ② You can taste 9 types in total! After tasting the dashi, season it with salt and soy sauce. ③ I will also try the dashi ingredients! ④ A full-scale model of “kelp” is also available!
