Dashi Professional Level 3 Course

Beginner's course to enjoy and learn "Dashi"

Learn about Japanese dashi (bonito flakes, kelp, dried sardines, dried shiitake mushrooms) and master how to make dashi. This is a hands-on lecture that emphasizes the five senses of seeing, touching, and feeling.

Learn about the ingredients of dried bonito, other dried bonito, kelp, dried sardines, and dried shiitake mushrooms.

We will actually make dashi, and we will do everything from how to make it to the taste experience.
